Perinatal therapy supports you through the emotional side of pregnancy, postpartum, parenthood, infertility, pregnancy loss, birth trauma, and the transition into motherhood.
You don't have to be struggling with a diagnosis to deserve support.

Not at all. I work with women across the reproductive and parenthood journey, including pregnancy, family planning, infertility, pregnancy loss, postpartum, and beyond.

I support clients with postpartum anxiety and depression, birth and medical trauma, NICU experiences, infertility and loss, mom guilt, identity changes, relationship changes, overwhelm, perfectionism, and the emotional transition into motherhood.

Yes. I am trained in EMDR and use trauma-informed approaches, including Parts Work/IFS-informed techniques. I also offer EMDR Intensives for clients looking for a more focused approach to processing trauma, including birth trauma.

Yes! My practice is currently 100% virtual. Therapy can happen from your couch, your bedroom, or wherever you can find five quiet minutes. Your home does not have to be perfectly quiet or put together. Baby is welcome!

I currently accept insurance through Headway and Grow Therapy. Plans available through my current billing platforms include:

Insurance participation can vary by state and plan, so I recommend confirming your specific benefits before scheduling.

Yes. If I am out-of-network with your insurance plan, I can provide a superbill upon request that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement, depending on your out-of-network benefits.

Initial evaluation: $200
Individual therapy session: $175 per 50-minute session
A limited number of sliding-scale openings may be available based on financial need and availability. Please reach out to discuss whether a reduced-fee option may be available.

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other, talk about what's bringing you in, and identify what you'd like support with. You don't need to have everything figured out before you start.
